Returns

If you want to return the purchased products, you must know that the declaration of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement must be sent within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package with the order.

You have 14 days from the date of sending the above-mentioned statement to return your products.

We recommend that you complete and attach the  RETURN FORM to the return package.

The payment will be refunded within 14 days from the date of delivery of the package to our warehouse.

Note: the cost of the return shipment is borne by the customer

Remember that the returned goods must not show any signs of use, nor may they be opened or damaged. We will be very grateful for securing the products properly before sending them back!

Complaints

In order to submit a complaint, please contact us at hau@thisisberty.com. After your report, we have 14 days to respond to it. If the complaint is accepted, you will immediately receive information on how it will be handled (in particular whether the money will be refunded, or the product will be replaced).
